"This is my "go to" for anything involving model railroading. Awesome staff, great friendly service, reasonable pricing, good selection. My last visit I needed to get advice from an expert, and Ger was ready and willing to help me understand a technical challenge. He was very patient and helpful, I couldn't have gotten better help anywhere.
Their repair service was very reasonable, and their tech did an amazing job, making 2 pieces that were over 70 years old work like new again."

"We visited from East Tennessee while road-tripping through the northwest. This is an awesome old school hobby store with a great selection of new and used models and detail parts. Every scale is well represented, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are awesome and very friendly. If I'm ever back in the area, I will stop by again."
